Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 15, 2026
This Policy explains what personal information MONTAGNO GP collects through this website and our services, how we use and protect it, who we share it with, and the rights and choices you have over your data.
01 Introduction
MONTAGNO GP ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website (the "Site") and in connection with our membership, circuit, coaching and clubhouse services, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have.
By using the Site or submitting information to us, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.
02 Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit an enquiry, register your interest, apply for membership, or contact us, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, location, and any message or preferences you include. If you progress through membership, we may collect further information needed to administer it (such as identity and licence details, emergency contacts, and billing information).
Information we collect automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our analytics providers may collect technical and usage data — such as your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring pages, and interactions — through cookies and similar technologies.
Information from third parties. We may receive information from service providers that help us operate the Site and process enquiries, and, where relevant, from references you provide as part of a membership application.
03 How we use your information
We use your information to: respond to your enquiries and register your interest; assess and administer membership applications and memberships; provide, schedule and manage bookings, events and services; operate, maintain, secure and improve the Site; communicate with you about your requests and, where permitted, about news and offers; and comply with our legal obligations.
We rely on appropriate legal bases for processing — including your consent (for example, for marketing and non-essential cookies), the performance of a contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and improving our business, and compliance with legal obligations — as applicable under the privacy laws that apply to you.
04 Cookies and analytics
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality and, where enabled, to understand how the Site is used so we can improve it. Essential cookies are necessary for the Site to work; analytics and other non-essential cookies are used only where permitted.
You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where offered, through any cookie preferences on the Site. Disabling some cookies may affect how the Site functions.
05 How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to operate our business, including with trusted service providers who process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards. These currently include Google Firebase (Firestore), which stores enquiry and membership-interest submissions, and FormSubmit, which relays those submissions to us by email. We may also use web analytics providers as described above.
We may disclose information where required by law, to enforce our Terms, to protect the rights, safety and property of our members, staff or the public, or in connection with a corporate transaction such as a merger or acquisition. Any third party receiving your information is expected to handle it consistently with this Policy and applicable law.
06 International transfers
MONTAGNO GP operates internationally, with destinations developing across multiple countries (including Indonesia and India) and service providers located in various jurisdictions, including the United States. As a result, your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in countries other than your own, where data protection laws may differ. Where required, we put appropriate safeguards in place for such transfers.
07 Data retention
We keep personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy — for example, to respond to your enquiry, administer your membership, meet legal, accounting or reporting requirements, and resolve disputes. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymise it.
08 Data security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or alteration. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping any account credentials confidential.
09 Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information — including to access, correct, update, or delete it; to object to or restrict certain processing; to withdraw consent; to data portability; and to opt out of marketing communications. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in those emails.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@montagnogp.com. We will respond in accordance with applicable law and may need to verify your identity first. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
10 Marketing communications
Where you have agreed, or where otherwise permitted by law, we may send you information about our destinations, membership, events and services. You can opt out at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in our messages or by contacting us. Opting out of marketing does not affect communications we need to send you about your enquiry or membership.
11 Children's privacy
The Site and our memberships are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
12 Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites or services that we do not operate or control. This Policy does not apply to those sites, and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.
13 Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices, technology, or legal requirements. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date. Material changes will be highlighted where appropriate, and your continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
