Montagno Motorsports Club Inc. is steered by leaders in circuit design, track operations, professional racing, technology and international business — the depth of experience a global club demands.
Circuit Architect
Protégé of Alan Wilson — the legendary designer behind 30+ premier U.S. circuits — Bryce is a leading authority in modern racetrack architecture. His portfolio spans The Concours Club (Miami), SpeedPark (China) and The Thermal Club (California), with deep expertise in track layout, safety systems and facility planning.
Motorsports Advisor
Owner of Team Stradale and co-founder of Autobahn Country Club, Francesco has run premier BMW M2 and Radical Cup race series since 2007. Born into a family of renowned Ferrari tuners, he brings deep industry ties — advising many race circuit country clubs all over the United States — and an unrivalled grasp of the motorsports country-club model.
Chief Instructor
Chief Instructor for Team Stradale and an accomplished professional racing driver, Michai finished runner-up in the 2025 GT World Challenge America and raced alongside MotoGP legend Valentino Rossi at Indianapolis. He leads our instructional programs and serves as a primary motorsports consultant.
Operations
Operations Director of Autobahn Country Club since 2008, Kyle is an expert in the daily management and scaling of private motorsports facilities. He oversees track operations, member services, high-profile event coordination and safety protocols.
Director of Sales & Marketing
A prominent Indonesian real-estate broker and photographer, Agus began his career with the Salim Group and holds an extensive network across Indonesia’s corporate and social elite. He drives membership growth, project awareness and key regional relationships.
Logistics & Operations
A serial entrepreneur and COO of global steel conglomerate Raajratan Metal International, Aashish manages large-scale international operations — including major manufacturing facilities on Batam Island, Indonesia. His operational and regional industrial expertise is vital to the project’s development and logistics.
Chief Technology Officer
An AI and software entrepreneur with over two decades in enterprise SaaS, Sheetal is Co-Founder and CTO of deal-intelligence leader Belt Software (belt.ai), and previously co-founded Prosperoware. He provides the project’s technical leadership and a proven record of scaling high-growth ventures.
Founder & Chairman
A well-known figure in the plastics industry and the Chicago business community, Ray strapped into his first race car at fifteen and has spent the decades since collecting storied cars and lapping the world’s named circuits. MONTAGNO GP is his lifetime trackside, distilled into a club — and entrusted to this team.

The Expansion
A single track could never contain the ambition. Montagno GP is being built as a global network of private circuits — each engineered to the same uncompromising standard, so a member feels at home wherever they race.
The network begins in Batam, thirty minutes from Singapore, currently in development — followed by Jakarta, India, and more destinations to come. One membership; every circuit on Earth.
